Ms Helen Campbell

Helen began training in Tae Kwon-do in 1988 initally under the tutelage of Benny Grant in Northern Ireland. After Benny's sudden death, a new club was formed by one of Benny's senior students Keith Farrell. Helen trained with Keith as he spread Tae Kwon-do throughout Northern Ireland to its current high level, gaining her black belt in 1994, 2nd Dan in 1996 and 3rd Dan in 2001. More recently Helen gained her 4th Dan after many years of training.
Helen has competed and continues to compete in many major world and national championships. She has fought for the Northern Ireland team in four World Championships and was successful in winning gold in the destruction event and bronze in the musical pattern event in Eindhoven in May 2000 and bronze in sparring in Cardiff in July 2005.
Helen opened the Wapping club in August 2005.
